1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

2. Return Policy

As edible oils are perishable and food-grade items, we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used.

However, returns will be accepted in the following cases:

  • Product is unavailable or order cancelled by us due to logistics/operational issues

Refund will be issued to the original payment mode within 7-10 business days after inspection and approval.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable under these conditions:

  • Customer changes mind after delivery
  • Products opened or tampered with
  • Incorrect details provided by customer (address/phone)
  • Failure to receive the product due to customer unavailability
  • Complaints raised after 48 hours of delivery

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges due to the consumable nature of the product.

Replacement is only provided if:
