1. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver orders across India, subject to courier service availability in your pin code.
We may expand our service coverage over time.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of successful payment.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Note: Delays may occur during high-demand seasons, government restrictions, or unforeseen events.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on the shipping location:
- Within Chhattisgarh: 2β5 Business Days
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, etc.): 4β8 Business Days
- Other Locations in India: 5β10 Business Days
- Rural/Remote Regions: May take an additional 2β4 days
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
We may offer free shipping on promotional orders or above a certain cart value β details will be displayed on the website from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking ID
- Courier service details
- Tracking link (if available)
You can use these details to monitor delivery status.
6. Delivery Attempts
The courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2β3 times.
Delivery may fail if:
- The customer is unavailable
- Wrong address/contact information is provided
- Delivery location is inaccessible
In such cases, additional charges may apply to reattempt delivery.
7. Delivery Verification
At the time of delivery:
- Please inspect the package condition
- If tampered or damaged, refuse acceptance and inform us immediately
Once accepted, the order will be considered delivered in good condition.
8. Damaged / Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
Claims raised after 48 hours will not be eligible.
9. Ownership & Risk
Ownership of products transfers to the customer upon:
- Successful delivery to the shipping address
- Receipt confirmation by the customer or authorized person
Hari Keshri Edible Oils will not be responsible for theft, spoilage, or damage after delivery.
10. Delay Disclaimer
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Logistics issues
- Strikes, natural calamities, or unforeseen restrictions (Force Majeure)
- High volume during festivals or sales
